In-app communication features, including chat and calls, are only enabled after mutual consent between donors and requesters. Any misuse of communication tools, including harassment or inappropriate behavior, can result in account restrictions or bans.
Feedback and ratings provided within the app are intended to reflect user experience and interactions, not medical efficacy. Fake, abusive, or misleading ratings may be removed. BloodBond reserves the right to review ratings for fairness and safety.
Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended temporarily or permanently at the discretion of BloodBond.
BloodBond is not liable for failed donations, user disputes, medical emergencies, financial loss, or any personal harm resulting from the use of the app. All interactions and actions are at the user's own risk.
